Odin's Crow
Odin's Crow

In Nordic myth,Odin the father of the gods, sits in Asgar, home of the warrior gods.
Two crows perch on his shoulders.
These crows he sends down to earth to gather information about the world. They come back and whisper in his ears.

The crows you see here were captured on video in Florida.

A murder of about 12 crows bathed at the pool.
They would leap off the side of the pool, onto the gutter and then fling themselves in, pulling back before they could sink beneath the water.
I can image crows waiting poolside in Asgar for their summons to go check out the earth.

Earth here is seen as a tangle of mangrove swamp, convoluted and complex
