You have a couple options

Edit-

will allow you to edit the pages

 

Quick Edit

will allow you to make changes to the page look

Parent will allow for making Parent/Child ( drop downs)

Order will change the oder of the links
0 is first.

Template will change the numbers of columns.

Comments allows comments or not
